Executive Team

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Dan sets the overall strategic direction of an organization, makes high-level decisions regarding growth and profitability, and oversee the company's operations and performance. Key responsibilities include creating a strong Joy-at-Work culture while building the senior executive teams, allocating resources, managing financial stewardship for sustainability, and serving as the public face of the company to stakeholders like investors and the media along with the President and Chair. Based on her servant leadership model, she is here at the bottom of the organizational structure to love, respect and support all team members and to ensure each is living their purpose through this work journey.

President

Dr. Bailey is the second-in-command to the CEO, focusing on operational leadership and implementing the CEO's strategy. Key responsibilities include setting strategic goals, managing daily operations and budgets, overseeing executives and managers, ensuring company policies are followed, and reporting on performance to Advisory Committee and Emerging Leaders group. As a senior leader, she is also committed to maintaining a Joy-at-Work culture.

Senior Vice President, Strategy

Dr. Canady develops and implements the company's long-term business strategies, acting as a key advisor to the CEO and leading cross-functional initiatives like market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and partnerships while ensuring strategic alignment across all teams within the Institute. This senior role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to drive organizational success and growth. As a senior leader, she is also committed to maintaining a Joy-at-Work culture.

Senior Vice President, Quality

Mr. Garlick holds a senior executive responsible for creating and implementing the company's vision for quality, ensuring all products and services meet regulatory standards and customer expectations through quality assurance and control programs. Key duties include developing strategic plans for continuous improvement, overseeing audits and inspections, managing compliance with industry standards, fostering a culture of quality, and leading the quality team. They collaborate with other all teams in the Institute, analyze performance metrics, and identify and mitigate quality-related risks to uphold the organization's reputation. As a senior leader, she is also committed to maintaining a Joy-at-Work culture.

Chief Administrative Officer

Ms. Taylor will work closely with the CEO to help guide the Institute’s administrative functions, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment by coordinating with key departments like finance, legal, HR and IT. She will help to build administrative processes, polices and procedures for the the team, lend support to business goals and foster long-term growth. The overarching role involves creating a well-structured, efficient, and compliant administrative office that is wrapped with a Joy-at-Work culture.

Chief Legal Officer

Atty. Sheehan oversees the Institute’s legal affairs, provides strategic legal advice to executive leadership, and ensures the organization complies with laws and regulations. His executive role requires a combination of legal expertise and strong business acumen, involving high-level strategy, risk management, corporate governance, and often managing the entire in-house legal department. He will contribute to decision-making at the highest levels, working with the CEO and Advisory Committee to shape company strategy while also adapting to evolving legal and business environments.

Chief Community Officer

Ms. Solis will strategically build, engage, and manage communities to align with an organization's goals, fostering brand growth, customer loyalty, and trust. Key responsibilities will include translating community vision into action, developing strategies to drive engagement and member satisfaction, listening to and advocating for community feedback, managing community platforms, and measuring impact on business outcomes. Dr. Hoyte is the senior executive responsible for developing and overseeing the Institute’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations to meet business objectives. This includes guiding IT team, members, working with budgeting, and implementing new technologies, ensuring data security, and aligning technology with long-term strategic goals. Oversees Website, Online Campus and the Institute’s databases. Ms. Marshall will help develop, implement, and oversee policies and standards to ensure legal, regulatory, and ethical compliance, while aligning with organizational goals. Key responsibilities will include staying updated on legal and regulatory changes, managing risk, providing strategic direction to leadership, training staff, conducting internal audits, and maintaining relationships with regulators and stakeholders. Will work closely with our Senior Vice President of Quality. Chief Financial Officer

Dr. Nauth is the senior executive responsible for the Institute’s overall financial health and strategy, including financial planning, risk management, budgeting, and accounting operations. She will analyze financial data to advise the CEO and Advisory Committee on strategic decisions, managing cash flow, secure financing, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect the company's assets. She will provide strategic financial guidance, oversees the finance team members, and acts as the primary financial spokesperson for the organization.  As a senior leader, she is also committed to maintaining a Joy-at-Work culture.

Chief OD & Grants Officer

Ms. Donado is a senior executive responsible who will lead and align the Institute’s grant-seeking efforts with its long-term strategy and cultural health. This dual role is crucial for non-profits and other grant-reliant organizations, combining the financial focus of grants management with the human-centric focus of organizational development. As a senior leader, she is also committed to maintaining a Joy-at-Work culture.
