Miranda Inniss

Marketing & Public Relations Manager

Miranda V. Inniss is an organizational consultant and executive advisor who works with leadership teams to think clearly, communicate strategically, and execute with discipline in complex environments. As President of Elevate CTC, she supports public and private sector leaders through executive coaching, leadership development, organizational consulting, and practical AI advisory work.

Her experience spans government, higher education, corporate media, and faith-based organizations. In The Bahamas, she has held senior communications roles, including Director of Communications at the Ministry of Social Services, Information and Broadcasting and Communications Consultant to the National Health Insurance Secretariat. Earlier in her career, she was recognized by CNN World News Report for excellence in producing and has managed programmatic media portfolios across the U.S. market.

Miranda’s current work sits at the intersection of leadership, communication, and technology. As an AI consultant, she helps executive teams and organizations understand where AI can genuinely add value, and where it shouldn’t. Her focus is on real-world use: using AI to strengthen communication, reduce friction in workflows, support better decision-making, and create simple systems that staff can actually maintain.

She is particularly attuned to the cultural and ethical side of AI adoption – how change is communicated, how risk is framed, and how leaders maintain trust while they modernize.

Across all her roles, Miranda is known for being direct, pragmatic, and people-centered. She is skilled at translating strategy into clear messages and clear actions, and at challenging leaders in a way that is honest but constructive.

She currently serves on several nonprofit and professional boards in The Bahamas and the United States, bringing a mix of communication insight, growth experience, and a grounded view of digital transformation to the boardroom.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Communications and has completed graduate studies toward an MBA.
