I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for the past four years, gaining valuable experience and growing both personally and professionally. During my time at the Courtyard by Marriott in Downtown Lansing, I quickly learned the importance of guest satisfaction, teamwork, and operational excellence. The hotel’s fast-paced, guest-focused environment has helped me develop strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Throughout my career, I’ve taken on increasing responsibilities and invested in my professional development by completing the Leadership Development training through Concord Hospitality and the Financial Planning training through the Hospitality Training Institute of Michigan. I’ve also been recognized for my contributions by being named Employee of the Quarter twice—an achievement that reflects my commitment to delivering outstanding service and supporting my team.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and relaxing at home with my animals. This balance between professional growth and personal fulfillment continues to fuel my passion for the industry and drive my career forward!
