Esther Nauth-Joree is a seasoned finance leader and Chartered Professional Accountant with over 17 years of global experience in accounting, financial analysis, and external auditing. Her career spans senior finance roles at Teleperformance Canada and Guyana, as well as extensive auditing work with Deloitte’s correspondent firm in Guyana. She currently serves as a Management Accountant at Behavox, where she plays a key role in ensuring financial integrity and smooth month-end operations across multiple global entities. She supports leadership with insights that drive sound decision-making. 

Esther earned her Doctor of Business Administration in March 2025, complementing her CPA, FCCA, and MBA credentials. She is recognized for her ability to strengthen internal controls, mentor teams, and deliver actionable insights to support organizational growth. Beyond her professional achievements, Esther has dedicated over 20 years as a Sunday School Teacher and Youth Leader, mentoring and guiding young people in her community.
