Chelsea Ditz is the Human Resources Director for the 32,000-resident community of Northville Township. She combines her background as a labor & employment attorney, with her strategic perspective and holistic approach to HR and employee relations in her daily work.
Before joining Northville Township in 2024, Chelsea assisted others in the public sector as an Associate Attorney with Keller Thoma, P.C., and in HR leadership roles at the University of Michigan, the City of Rochester Hills and Lansing Community College.
Chelsea received her law degree from Wayne State University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
She lends her expertise by serving on the Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority Administrative Advisory Committee, the Michigan Public Employer Labor Relations Association Board and the Rochester University Humanities Advisory Board.
